The Administrative Assistant -NM Support provides general administrative support. Maintains and files reports and other information. Schedules and coordinates logistical support for meetings. Provides word processing and other document preparation services. Locates and retrieves information in support of management and technical staff.

Hourly Range: $16 - $20

Clerical:Collaborates with unit staff on schedulingCalling and scheduling interview for new RN, PCA and ASA applicantsCreate interview packet fro NM to every scheduled interviewSchedule 3-3-3 meeting with the new staff on the unit .Create new employee file/ filing confidential employee informationCreate orientation tools for new employees with all materials and forms they will need for working in the unitPrint and file staff clearance from Employee Health ServicesAssist with Unit auditingPrepare Annual Performance Evaluation for staff to completeLog JC compliance checklist weeklyUpdate nursing unit webpagePreparing files that need to be sent to HR for ArchiveSending in term paperwork to HREntering new orients schedule on shiftwizard with appropriate iconsEdit , confirms and ensure all Kronos information is entered correctly prior to NM and payroll approvalCheck daily assignment sheet and enter any changes on time, CLT , UT , cost center and floats in Kronos

Material Coordinator:Ordering Pharmacy supplies for the unit 2x a weekOrder and maintains unit office suppliesOrdering and handing out employee recognition
