Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our operations in Albany, New York. This role is integral to our team, focusing on managing customer credit applications, maintaining meticulous customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also oversee customer accounts, initiating appropriate actions when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action as needed

• Create and distribute invoices using software such as QuickBooks

• Ensure accurate billing for hours worked, adhering to specific billing practices

• Register company assets and obtain necessary documentation

• Collaborate with other team members to support overall company operations

• Assist in the weekly processing of payroll and benefits

• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management. Requirements

• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Billing procedures

• Candidate must have experience handling Cash Applications.

• Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable.
