Robert Half is searching for a highly coordinated, effective and enthusiastic Part Time Learning & Development Manager. We are seeking an experienced person to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves helping our team integrate and utilize the LMS software, Absorb. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is skilled in L& D and familiar with LMS software, particularly Absorb. This role is 100% fully onsite in Alameda, CA, free parking available.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation and utilization of the Absorb LMS software.

• Provide data interpretation and integration with Absorb and other systems.

• Partner with the current L& D team member to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of the LMS software.

• Act as a plug-and-play resource, ready to step in and manage tasks independently.

• Potential administrative duties related to the LMS software.

  Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the LMS software Absorb is highly desirable.

• Expertise in data interpretation and integration with LMS systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision.

• Strong understanding of L& D principles and best practices.

• • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and needs.
