Performance Health is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of service to customers in order to develop and maintain a quality reputation in the marketplace, build public relations and increase sales. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Respond appropriately to all inbound calls and emails, meeting customer needs for quick and accurate response. Make outbound calls to existing customers/vendors and business partners. Interpret and communicate accurately to customers/vendors and business partners in reference to company policies, product description/prices and departmental procedures. Respond knowledgeably to returns - credits and adhering all case management procedures Handle product/service claims and special orders/requests Establish approximate delivery time and cost for customers and investigate delivery delays Coordinate the tracing procedure for lost orders and shipments and process claims Accurate and efficient data entry of all fax/email orders Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technology Excellent computer and data entry skills - including proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel) and Internet usage Excellent written and oral communications skills Excellent customer service skills Benefits Our benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs. This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $18.00 - $19.00 plus benefits.
