Role Definition

アンダーキャレッジ設計課ではエンジニアを一名探しています。この職務では

サプライヤを含めたグローバルチームと油圧シャベルで使用される足回り装置の開発エンジニアとして活躍できます。

Responsibilities

-足回り装置の開発を行います（アイドラ、履帯、上下転輪、スプロケット等）。

-強度計算とグローバルなパートナーとのコミュニケーションによって設計業務を行います。

-新規設計に対する評価方法について、テストエンジニアと共同で検討し、テストの推進をサポートします。

-将来的な製品に対する試験研究をサポートします。

-工場との技術連携、部品セールスの改善等をサポートします。

Degree Requirement

-機械工学の学士以上（相当）

Skill Descriptors

-関連するエンジニアリングの実務経験

-基本的な機械工学、材料力学と金属材料学に関する知識で開発と設計作業を行う

-グローバルチームとの積極的な英語によるコミュニケーション
