In accordance with significant updates made on Reliability-associated requirements (Global Regulations, customer requirement, Industry requirements) in these years, it will be highly essential that the person assigned shall be capable of full understanding in transitioning requirements, a series of works from developing Reliability Qualification plan and reporting testing results. Risk identification in the areas of novelty and changes made, engineering run and qualification development for early risk identification as well as execution will be another key roles to achieve built-in Reliability for wafer process development. Furthermore, owing to these requirements getting more and more complicated, his /her attention to progress tracking shall be competency.

The position to be filled is for a technician who can implement/manage following:

1) Early Reliability evaluation

2) Process Reliability evaluation for process Qualification

3) Ability on Pakcgae level test and wafer level test for performing 1) and 2)
