We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker for our manufacturing and distribution center. This is a temp-to-hire position requiring occasional night shifts and the ability to work weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, and general housekeeping duties.

Work Hours:

• Primary: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - Finish

• Night Shifts: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, one night every week or every other week

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

-Receiving and Stocking:

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.

• Collect empty pallet boards and carry them to storage.

• Receive and distribute products, assist in weekly product inventory.

• Sort, label, and store items accurately; build and manage cardboard boxes.

-Order Fulfillment:

• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology.

• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.

• Sorting cartons at case rate, handling clean outs and load outs of cartons.

-General Housekeeping:

• Perform sanitation tasks such as sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and taking out trash.

• Maintain carton inventory control and recycle old cardboard.

-Physical Duties:

• Stand and walk for 90%-95% of the shift.

• Lift objects weighing between 15 and 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching.

• Must wear steel-toe boots and other required safety attire (e.g., hairnet, safety glasses, bump cap).

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
