Position:
The Machine Rigging Operator is responsible for the maintenance of Floyd's Rigging and Machinery Mover's quality standards. The Machine Rigging Operator will be responsible for all aspects of the rigging process. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, good communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to follow all safety guidelines.
Essential Duties:
- Operate various machines to set up and run equipment.
- Inspect equipment for defects and ensure it meets Floyd's Rigging and Machinery Mover's quality standards.
- Set up and monitor various production equipment.
- Service machines as needed.
- Report any problems to supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Complete and follow all company safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
