Job Title: Service Billing Specialist
Location: Hybrid (up to 50% Addison, TX in-office work)

Job Summary: As a Service Billing Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial accuracy and efficiency of our service department. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing 130 to 180 work orders daily, ensuring that each aligns with our standards and customer agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately generate and process invoices for services provided, using our ERP system, Irium, and our in-house web application, the Field Service Queue.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of transactions, adhering to pricing and contract terms.
- Collaborate with technicians, customer service representatives, and other internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing billing inquiries and issues via email and phone.
- Contribute to the team's KPIs, focusing on the number of work orders billed per hour and accuracy in billing.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma.
- Prior experience in billing, particularly in a similar industry, is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on precision.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively through email and phone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and part of a close-knit team of approximately 12 members.
- Proficiency in Irium and the ability to quickly learn and navigate in-house software systems.
