Role: IT Project Manager

Available Location(s): Addison TX; Kennesaw GA; Newark DE; or Charlotte NC

Term: 12-18 Month Contract

Pay Rate: Negotiable (CANNOT work any Corp to Corp or C2C)

Description:

Claims Technology Delivery is an integral part of the Fraud, Claims and Consumer Credit Assistance Technology organization. The team is focused on end-to-end technology project delivery execution and adherence to the client's Enterprise Change Management Standards. This individual will be on point to support End-to-End delivery and oversight of small to medium technology change requests and projects, managing to schedule, timeline, budget, and ensuring all change and tollgate evidence documentation is executed in compliance with Global Change Policies and Standards.

• Responsible for working with a variety of technical teams, product owners, line of business/operations users to support and drive delivery of change for Claims technology applications and infrastructure.

• Coordinates across cross-functional teams to ensure technology delivery is on time and within budget.

• Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.

• Ensures all audit documentation is in line with Enterprise change standards guidelines and timelines.

• Supports project reporting and other communications across the teams as required.

• Individual Contributor role.

Qualifications:

• Primary Skill - 3+ years of end-to-end technology project and change management experience with strong analytical skills, problem solving, and conceptual thinking

• Experience leading and supporting technology teams in the delivery of business outcomes in scrum agile framework

• Ability to anticipate risks and successfully develop and drive mitigation plans

• Ability to work self-directed and independently as well as part of a team

• Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence vertically and horizontally

• Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding

• Ability to navigate in complex and changing environment

• Strong communication/presentation/executive presence skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)

• Working knowledge of using JIRA

Preferred Skills:

• Tools (PPRT, PMMT, PCM, CeCe, GCP AR, Nexus, ALM, Prism, Jira, Confluence, (UCRA and CAST optional))

• Working knowledge of the Bank of America Enterprise Change Management Standards

• Working knowledge of the MRA2 evidence/audit requirements and process

• Bachelors or Masters degree for the experience of teamwork, communication, and exec summary decks

• PMP, Scrum, or Agile Certification
