The Cary Company Reporting Analyst in Addison, Illinois

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

This is an on-site role reporting to our Addison, IL facility.

Compensation Range: $55,000-$65,000 Annually + Incentives & Benefits

(Compensation varies based on experience and education)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports and dashboards.

  • Develop and maintain reporting systems and databases.

  • Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to support strategic planning.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and systems.

    Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
