Here, you will make an impact by: * Partnering with other leaders and partners in the development and implementation of key Human Capital Planning initiatives * Influencing and guiding plant leadership team, direct reports, and other employees in aspects such as short- and long-range planning and conflict resolution * Guiding the facilitation of performance management through counseling and coaching others on the processes * Leading and supporting recruitment and retention efforts
Work location: On-site (Aberdeen, SD)
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
