Job Summary
This position is responsible for delivering meals to patients and guests following the approved method of service. The position includes picking up soiled trays and recording intake after meal service and assisting where necessary in the Room Service operation.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department.
Deliver trays to patients and guests
Record meal and fluid intake
Delivery of scheduled nourishments, snacks and enteral feedings
Education and/or Experience
Must be 16 years of age
Must be able to follow written and oral direction
Must have excellent customer service skills
Work Schedule
Varied shifts; 20 hours every 2 weeks
4:00 pm - 7:30 am or 7:15 am - 2:00 pm
Every other weekend
Every other holiday
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$17.00 - $20.50 per hour
