Job Title: Subcontracts Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Subcontracts Administrator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining RFI quotes and evaluating the fairness of pricing. You will conduct monthly and quarterly spending analysis for support services, both received and to be received. Your duties will include leading the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, RFIs, and terms and conditions for the procurement of support services. Monitoring OEM performance and tracking progress is crucial to ensure compliance with all subcontract flow downs, and terms and conditions including schedule and delivery, scope of work, and cost/price elements. You will also prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure the status of subcontracts are communicated to the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Executive Leadership as needed.
