Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Computer Engineer Intern to join our team! In this role you will get to provide contract program support as part of our PALADIN Lab Team contributing to multiple projects, customers, and government programs.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Respond to requests, assignments, and tasks given by Project Managers in an efficient and timely manner.

• Implement ideas to improve certain information technology processes.

• Assist with equipment inventory management for hardware assets.

• Provide technical analysis and troubleshooting for lab projects where applicable.

• Conduct hardware and software testing as directed by senior computer engineering staff.

• Under direction of senior staff, install and configure software and virtualization technology.

• Escort vendors, technicians and government personnel during lab events.

• Coordinate visitation, registration and delivery services from the vendor integration reception area.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• PC literacy

• Experience with Microsoft Office products

• Working knowledge of other computer software and hardware

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Novice knowledge of scripting languages

• Interest in cyber security

• Good people skills

• Positive "can-do " attitude

Salary Range:

$21.88 - $38.27
