About the Job:

Join our Enterprise Brand Marketing team as a Senior Media Specialist. Reporting to the Media Manager, you'll serve as a strategic partner in the development, performance optimization, and reporting of paid social media advertising campaigns. Our collaborative culture means you'll work closely with multiple stakeholders on every project.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop paid social strategies by engaging with internal analytics consultants, marketing managers, KeyBank stakeholders, and external agency partners.

  • Collaborate with our agency partners to monitor performance based on defined KPIs and implement optimizations to achieve goals.

  • Analyze, summarize, and interpret complex data, transforming findings into actionable business insights.

  • Communicate effectively within internal teams, tailoring presentations and reports to your audience.

  • Build and sustain excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients, and partner organizations to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and opportunities and communicate their implications to the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in digital media.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Understand the role of social media as part of a larger media mix and how it works with other marketing channels.

  • Experience with planning and buying broadcast, OOH, and programmatic digital.

  • Creative problem solver with an appetite for continuous learning.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Experience with ad trafficking, reporting, and bid management systems such as Google Campaign Manager, Adobe Advertising Cloud, and Google Analytics.

  • In-depth knowledge of social platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn) and tools like Sprinklr.

  • Experience with tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and HubSpot.

  • Able to work independently on complex tasks with minimal supervision, while providing timely updates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic digital planning and buying.

  • Certifications in digital marketing or social media advertising.

  • Experience with additional social media management tools.

  • Background in financial services or an industry relevant to KeyBank.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
