Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner with the business leader in the execution of talent strategy
Implement the HR policies & processes in the specific business unit/region
Enable managers in the business unit in all aspects of people management
Create awareness within the business unit on matters related to HR policy, and drive compliance to organization norms
Contribute to enhancing the employee engagement & retention of the business unit
Drive special initiatives /project across the organization on a need basis
Oversees HR operations (including but not limited to attendance management, social insurance processing, withholding income tax/payroll tax related management, employee life cycle management, health & stress check-up arrangements, health committee, updating HR rules & regulation in line with the revision of local labor laws & regulations & related filings).
New Joiner Assimilation and collaborate Delivery teams
Maintain statutory compliance related to local labor laws & regulations
Implement & Follow up Performance Management Process, Salary Revision, Training, Succession Planning for assigned business unit,
Plan & Arrange Employee Engagement Activities (annual award, sports activities, employee party, small scale get-together, on-site connect, online events, etc.) .
Work with global team and local & global vendors to streamline the overall process.
Support Talent Acquisition team for mid-career recruiting of Sales & Supporting/Back office positions, including the hiring of people with disability certificates.
Provide HR consultation to managers to settle & close employee relations cases.
Frequently connect with team members, global & local internal stakeholders
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Masters in Business Administration (HR specialization)
10-15years experience in HR experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Execution focus
Relationship management
Energetic, Positive, Go getter attitude
