The Opportunity

  • An Assistant Development Manager to join our expanding consultancy-based Development Advisory group

  • We work across a broad range of asset classes: current projects include Sydney Fish markets, Sydney Metro Rail, Macquarie Bank development, Waterloo Precinct Redevelopment, and iconic international schemes!

  • New mega scale, multi-billion-dollar assignments have created the need for further expansion – once in a lifetime opportunity!

About you

  • 5yrs + experience as an Assistant Development Manager or Project Manager excited by the projects and career path we offer

  • Experienced in development, project management or maybe feasibility analysis across a range of large-scale projects - private and public sector

  • Degree qualified in commerce, property, civil/Engineering , land economics, Construction or similar with 5 yrs + project experience

  • Confident with clients, preparing proposals and assisting with business development

  • Experienced working on major projects and ready to take your career to the next level!
