What you'll do:

  • Drive feature development and modernization of Walmart's core Pharmacy fulfillment application through hands-on coding expertise and technical leadership.

  • Collaborate with Product, Quality Assurance, and Technology Teams to ensure optimal stakeholder and end-user satisfaction.

  • Play a pivotal role in software design, coding, and implementation, adhering to architectural patterns, coding standards, quality principles, and customer-centricity.

What you'll bring:

  • Exposure to high-volume, low-latency messaging infrastructure such as Kafka.

  • Strong experience in building and consuming SOAP and RESTful APIs.

  • Practical exposure to Agile Methodologies and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms and cloud-native services.

  • Ability to thrive in a team environment, demonstrating ownership and accountability.

  • Proficient in .NET service and thick-client software development at an expert level.

  • Proficiency in SQL and no-SQL databases like Informix, DB2, Hadoop, Cassandra, and Cosmos DB.

  • Demonstrated familiarity with design and testing patterns, including Test-Driven Development and Unit Testing.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for technology, a continuous learning mindset, and a commitment to excellence.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of the Pharmacy domain is advantageous.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
