Microsoft Corporation Senior APRD Business Program Manager in Beijing, China

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior APRD Business Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and operation of large-scale APRD programs. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee experiences, community engagement, and talent experiences across APRD organizations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting Microsoft's commitment to a culture of inclusivity, fostering a thriving environment where all APRD employees can fully engage and excel in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of various programs, including initiation, design, execution, completion, and maintenance, while influencing other programs, processes, and interactions. Examples include employee engagement programs and systems that promote organizational health and foster key outcomes and connections.

  • Ensure alignment between organizational initiatives and Microsoft's culture and values, amplifying centrally available programs such as Learning & Development (L&D) and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I).

  • Engage with local communities at all APRD China sites, leading programs that demonstrate Microsoft's social responsibility in these communities.

  • Manage engineering site-related government affairs and engagement activities.

  • Collaborate closely with global engineering site program managers and APRD functional teams.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management.

  • Experienced in creative program design and implementation, create writing.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Strong collaborative abilities.
